Hey friends, how is your weekend hope u all okay. Today I made Cassava chops for breakfast, it's a quick and simple one hope you all love it and give it a try.
First and foremost, you need the following in place before you start;
Cassava, that is enough depending on how many people you preparing for.
Baking Flour
One Litre of Milk
6eggs
Salt ( 1 table spoon )
Spices like Chilli, Garlic powder and Cotmil powder.
The Process is as Follows:
Peel the cassava that is enough and wash it well with clean water, dry it and then cut it in small pieces that can easily get ready faster.
Get a Big Bowl, pour half of the baking flour packet. Get another bowl and whisk all the 6eggs then add milk to the solution.
After Whisking up all the eggs properly, add milk and ensure that it is well mixed with the eggs, add one table spoon of salt mix, and pour the solution into the baking flour.
Mix and make a thick solution of eggs, milk and flour.
Get your Cassava pieces and dip them into the mixture Of flour, eggs and milk.
Get your Garlic powder and sprinkle it on the cassava chops, sprinkle Cotmil powder and sprinkle some little chili powder to it and lit up the fire.
Get a Frying Pan put it on your gas or stove, dry it if wet and pour Cooking oil that is enough to fry them untill they are ready.
Put small pieces per time but not all at once to enable them get ready with ease.
Fry for some 20minutes per round untill you get done. And put them on a clean plate ready to be served.
- Before serving them, you can sprinkle some Aromat to them so that they have some nice taste on eating.
Cassava chops are easy to make and are delicious for breakfast, try it thank me later.
