Saludos estimada comunidad, en este nuevo post les traigo una revisión reflexiva y analítica de la película Ron Da Error, la cual he estado disfrutado en estos días con mis pequeños sobrinos de casi 4 años que muestran mucha predilección por esta producción cinematográfica estrenada en el mes de octubre 2021 por Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, dirigida por Sarah Smith, Jean-Phillipe Vine y Octavio E. Rodríguez; escrita por Peter Baynham y Sarah Smith; y producida por Lara Breay y Julie Lockhart; la cual cuenta con un elenco extraordinario que dan vida a los muy peculiares personajes presentados:

Greetings dear community, in this new post I bring you a thoughtful and analytical review of the movie Ron´s Gone Wrong, which I have been enjoying these days with my little nephews of almost 4 years who show a great predilection for this film production released in October 2021 by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, directed by Sarah Smith, Jean-Phillipe Vine and Octavio E. Rodríguez; written by Peter Baynham and Sarah Smith; and produced by Lara Breay and Julie Lockhart; which has an extraordinary cast that gives life to the very peculiar characters presented:

La película cuenta la historia de Barney un niño de 11 años de humilde procedencia, que sobrevive a diario en una preparatoria en la cual siente que no encaja muy bien, todos sus compañeros a excepción de él tienen un B-bot, la revolucionaria presencia robótica creada por Marc que promete hacer la vida de los niños más entretenida e interconectada, creada especialmente para hacer amigos. Barney anhela poder tener un B-bot y así mermar el constante acoso y rechazo del cual es objeto por parte de algunos compañeros de su escuela. Su padre Graham y su abuela Donka tienen una particular opinión en cuanto a la posibilidad de que Barney se haga adicto a los dispositivos tecnológicos, sin embargo, al darse cuenta de que es lo que él más quiere para su cumpleaños harán todo lo posible por brindarle esa felicidad.

The film tells the story of Barney, an 11-year-old boy from humble origins, who survives daily in a high school in which he feels that he does not fit in very well, all his classmates except him have a B-bot, the revolutionary robotic presence created by Marc that promises to make children's lives more entertaining and interconnected, created especially to make friends. Barney longs to be able to have a B-bot and thus reduce the constant harassment and rejection to which he is subjected by some of his schoolmates. His father Graham and his grandmother Donka have a particular opinion regarding the possibility of Barney becoming addicted to technological devices, however, realizing that it is what he wants most for his birthday, they will do everything possible to provide him with that happiness.

A la mañana siguiente al día de su cumpleaños, Barney despierta y se consigue con la gran sorpresa, su padre y su abuela lograron hacer su sueño realidad, le regalan el anhelado B-bot. La emoción es desbordante, por fin lo ha logrado, no obstante, al tratar de encenderlo se da cuenta de que algo no funciona como debe, no logra conectarse a la red de Bubble (empresa creadora de los bubble-bots o B-bots) y comienza a tener un comportamiento fuera de lo habitual. Barney en un principio intenta cambiarlo por uno que funiones pero cosas muy divertidas suceden que hace que cambie de parecer y se propone a enseñarle a su B-bot llamado Ron cómo ser su amigo. Este camino de aprendizaje no será nada fácil, ya que la empresa Bubble no acepta un B-bot defectuoso por allí que pueda poner en entredicho el prestigio de la compañía.

The morning after his birthday, Barney wakes up and gets the big surprise, his father and grandmother managed to make his dream come true, they give him the long-awaited B-bot. The emotion is overflowing, he has finally succeeded, however, when trying to turn it on he realizes that something is not working as it should, he cannot connect to the Bubble network (company that created bubble-bots or B-bots) and begins to behave out of the ordinary. Barney at first tries to trade it for one that works but funny things happen that makes him change his mind and sets out to teach the B-bot named Ron how to be friends with him. This learning path will not be easy, since the Bubble company does not accept a defective B-bot around there that could put the company's prestige in question.

Mientras Barney protege a Ron se va dando cuenta del verdadero significado de la amistad, de igual manera, sin saberlo, sus experiencias con Ron se convierten en un nuevo código de programación del cual Marc queda fascinado, dándose cuenta de que eso es lo que le hacía falta a su código para que los B-bots brinden la experiencia de diversión y verdadera interconexión con la que él siempre soñó. En el camino por integrar las experiencias de Barney y Ron al código de los B-bots deben enfrentar la tenaz ambición de Andrew, el inescrupuloso socio de Marc que hará todo lo posible (acciones antiéticas) para desacerse de Barney y Ron.

As Barney protects Ron, he realizes the true meaning of friendship, just as his experiences with Ron unknowingly become a new programming code which Marc becomes fascinated with, realizing that this it's what his code needed for B-bots to deliver the truly interconnected, fun experience he always dreamed of. On the way to integrate the experiences of Barney and Ron into the code of the B-bots, they must face the tenacious ambition of Andrew, Marc's unscrupulous partner who will do everything possible (unethical actions) to get rid of Barney and Ron.

Recomiendo mucho esta película no sólo para los pequeños, los adultos tenemos también muchas cosas importantes que revisar y reflexionar al respecto, tales como:

I highly recommend this movie not only for children, as adults we also have many important things to review and reflect on, such as:

• La amistad tal como se refleja y enfatiza en el film es una calle de dos vías y su puesta en práctica incluye que las partes involucradas se preocupen una por el bienestar de la otra así como reconocer lo momentos en el que alguna de ellas necesita su espacio.

• Friendship as it is reflected and emphasized in the film is a two-way street and its implementation includes that the parties involved worry about each other's well-being as well as recognizing the moments in which some of them needs their space.

• El padre de Barney es un reflejo de muchos padres en el mundo, que a pesar de desvivirse trabajando para proveerle de todas sus necesidades materiales descuidan involuntariamente las necesidades afectivas de sus hijos. En el caso de Graham, este se da cuenta a tiempo y trata de hacer lo posible por acercarse y brindarle a su hijo la amistad, confianza y entrega que tanto necesita, incluso, en particular me resulta muy conmovedor la manera amorosa como defiende a Barney y sus sueños.

• Barney's father is a reflection of many parents in the world, who despite going out of their way to provide him with all his material needs, involuntarily neglect the emotional needs of their children. In the case of Graham, he realizes it in time and tries to do everything possible to approach and provide his son with the friendship, trust and dedication that he so desperately needs, including, in particular, the loving way he defends Barney is very moving. and his dreams.

• Si ya vieron la película, deben haberse dado cuenta de que parte de las extrañas peculiaridades que hacen especial y único a Ron y que son en su momento apreciadas por Barney, fueron aprendidas con su abuela Donka, en este sentido, se visualiza el impacto afectivo que tienen las abuelas en la vida de sus nietos. Vale destacar que Donka no sólamente le levanta el ánimo a Barney y le muestra a cada el lado positivo de la vida, también, cuando la situación lo amerita se convierte en la cómplice número 1 de su amado nieto.

• If you have already seen the film, you must have realized that part of the strange peculiarities that make Ron special and unique and that are appreciated by Barney at the time, were learned with his grandmother Donka, in this sense, the impact is visualized affection that grandmothers have in the lives of their grandchildren. It is worth noting that Donka not only lifts Barney's spirits and shows everyone the positive side of life, but also, when the situation calls for it, she becomes the number 1 accomplice of her beloved grandson.

• Un aspecto que sin duda es relevante, tiene que ver con el distanciamiento de los amigos del cumpleaños número 6 de Barney. A pesar de que pare ese momento eran unidos, tal parece que su desarrollo psicosocial logra distanciarlos por 5 años hasta que se dan cuenta de que a pesar de sus particulares diferencias pueden seguir conviviendo y aprendiendo unos de otros.

• An aspect that is undoubtedly relevant has to do with the distancing of Barney's 6th birthday friends. Despite the fact that they were united at that time, it seems that their psychosocial development manages to distance them for 5 years until they realize that despite their particular differences they can continue to live together and learn from each other.

• No puede quedar por fuera el análisis del rol de la tecnología en la vida de los niños. En la pelicula se deja ver con claridad que a pesar de que ésta es altamente atractiva y adictiva en esa edad, tiene ciertos riesgos si no se supervisa su uso. Ciertamente, es claro de que los B-bots cuentan con control parental y en casos extremos o de peligro se activan ciertos protocolos tecnológicos que mantienen a salvo o socorren a los niños. Sin embargo, a pesar de las bondades que muestran, no limitan la actividad de acoso escolar que tanto daño hace en la actualidad, se observa que los niños para lograr popularidad publican a través de estos ingeniosos dispositivos, cualquier clase de contenido sin importar el impacto en otros, tal como sucede con la triste experiencia de Savannah que si bien el contenido perjudicial fue eliminado de la red con la nueva versión instalada, causó mucho sufrimiento y pudo haber marcado el futuro de la niña.

• The analysis of the role of technology in children's lives cannot be left out. In the movie it is clearly seen that despite the fact that it is highly attractive and addictive at that age, it has certain risks if its use is not supervised. Certainly, it is clear that B-bots have parental control and in extreme or dangerous cases, certain technological protocols are activated that keep children safe or help them. However, despite the benefits they show, they do not limit the bullying activity that currently does so much damage, it is observed that children, to achieve popularity, publish through these ingenious devices, any kind of content regardless of the impact in others, such as the sad experience of Savannah, that although the harmful content was removed from the network with the new version installed, it caused a lot of suffering and could have marked the girl's future.

• Se aprecia por otro lado, el claro desencuentro de las visiones de Marc y Andrew en el manejo ético de la empresa Bubble, el primero realmente interesado en brindar una sana experiencia a los usuarios de los B-bots y el segundo más interesado en las finanzas a costa de lo que sea, incluso poniendo en peligro la vida de un niño por su ambición. Este aspecto nos hace preguntarnos ¿hasta que punto puede llegar un empresario por generar capital?, ¿realmente están motivados a hacer del mundo un lugar mejor para la sana convivencia?.

• On the other hand, the clear disagreement between the visions of Marc and Andrew in the ethical management of the Bubble company can be appreciated, the first really interested in providing a healthy experience to the users of the B-bots and the second more interested in the finances at any cost, even endangering the life of a child for his ambition. This aspect makes us wonder how far an entrepreneur can go to generate capital? Are they really motivated to make the world a better place for healthy coexistence?

• Finalmente, resulta emocionante y conmovedor la forma como Marc se presta a integrar el código creado en las experiencias de convivencia entre Barney y Ron a la red de Bubble para que todos los niños en el mundo puedan tener su propio Ron, Marc reconoce que ese código mejora el creado por él y acerca a los B-bots a la experiencia de usuario que él siempre soñó desde niño, no obstante, no queda claro si la empresa Bubble reconoce regalías para Barney por su invaluable aporte a la mejora del código preexistente.

• Finally, it is exciting and moving how Marc lends himself to integrating the code created in the experiences of coexistence between Barney and Ron to the Bubble network so that all the children in the world can have their own Ron, Marc recognizes that this code improves the one created by him and brings the B-bots closer to the user experience that he always dreamed of since he was a child, however, it is not clear if the Bubble company recognizes royalties for Barney for his invaluable contribution to the improvement of the pre-existing code.
