Edouard Mendy

Edouard Osoque Mendy is a professional footballer. He plays as a goal keeper. He is a goal keeper to one of the successful clubs in England and the world as large, he is also the goal keeper of the Senegal national team. He was born on the 1st March 1992. So he is 29 years of age. He was born in France.He starts his career in his native France. He is 6ft 4inches in height. He was eligible to play for Guinea-Bissau, Senegal and France. He chooses to play for Guinea-Bissau to honor his father but later switch to Senegal.

Mendy played in the Le Havre academy(1999 to 2005) before he signs his professional contract.
From 2005 to 2006
He was playing for Le Havre.
From 2006 to 2011, he plays for CS Municipaux Le Havre. So the above details was his youthful career.
Moving to his senior career. He plays for Cherbourg from 2011 to 2014, and from 2015 to 16 he plays for Marseille B, from 2016 to 19 he plays for Reims but in 2017 he plays Reims B and from 2019 to 2020 he plays for Rennes where he attract the board of Chelsea, that convince them to sign him from the transfer summer around £22 million in 2020.

So in the 2020-21 season, Mendy won one of the prestigious trophy the Champions league, where he won the best goal keeper award ahead of his competitors.

The current premier league,he is leading the clean sheets.

Edouard Osoque Mendy life was miserable after staying for years without a club.
He even doubt himself over carrying on his career or not. He was unemployed at the age of 22 years were he even went ahead to register himself and started looking for job aside football. His life was miserable during those days.He gets motivated to continue his career. With that difficulties he faced, and still managed to win all the prestigious prizes, it motivates me to also believe in myself.

Things I learned from his life

At times,life may be difficult at anytime,you have keep going,dream big,have faith, believe in yourself,never give up in life,life is bitter sweet.

So I encourage everyone to believe in themselves and their dreams alive.
