Initial Introduction

The Dark Knight, directed, produced, and co-written by Christopher Nolan, was released in 2008. The film follows Batman Begins by five years and is based on the Comics character Bats. The film stars Michael Caine, Christian Bale, & others. Heath Ledger's fan base is devoted. Gary Oldman's fan base is devoted. Morgan Freeman and Maggie Gyllenhaal appear in the Aaron Eckhart biopic. The Joker (Ledger) wishes to undermine Batman's power and destabilise the city, and therefore aligns himself with Gotham City's police chief Bruce Wayne (Bale). Batman Wayne (Bale).

The Joker was based on a combination of many things like the novel name The Killing Joke (1998), Comic Book debut (1940) and The Long Halloween famous TV series (1996) leads to the Harvey Dent's story to an origin in which futher imlications are applied and then the title "Dark Knight" was originally used in Batman 1 by Bill Finger (1940). Other locations in The Dark Knight include the US, UK, and Hong Kong. When Nolan shot the opening 28 minutes of the picture, he employed IMAX 70 mm cameras. The Dark Knight, creating promotional websites and videos portraying Heath Ledger played the role of Joker. Heath Ledger died 6 months before the film released on January 22, 2008. Many people were shocked by his demise.


Critics praised the narrative, visual effects, music, mature topics actors (particularly Heath Ledger), photography, action sequences, and direction. During its theatrical run, the picture also broke numerous records. Fewer critics chose The Dark Knight as the year's best film than WALL E did in 2008. This film made over $1 billion globally, and was the highest earning and fame gaining film of 2008The Library of Congress will in 2020 add Superman: The Animated Series to the US National Film Registry for its cultural-historical or aesthetic merit. The Dark Knight Rises, the last instalment, came out in 2012.

Detailed Story

In Gotham City, a robbery takes place, and the Joker manipulates the criminals into killing one another to gain a bigger share of the money for himself. Harvey Dent, the Batman Dist. Attorney, and Jim Gordon whos is as lieutenant and they work together to rid Gotham City of organised crime dealings and other criminal activity. They are now dating does not detract from Bruce Wayne's pledge to help Dent advance in his profession. He feels that by appointing Dent to be Gotham's defender, he would relinquish his position as Batman and return to his relationship with Rachel Dawes.

Sal Maroni Gambol, the Chechen, and their dishonest accountant Lau meet via videoconference to discuss where their money is buried in Hong Kong. Sal Maroni Gambol, the Chechen, and their crooked accountant Lau The Joker inform them that Batman is away from the law and surety to assassinate him for a $500,000 reward in exchange. A few days after murdering Gambol and gaining control of his organisation, the mob agrees to Joker's proposal.

In capturing Lau and returning him to Gotham for testimony, Dent manages to apprehend the whole mobsters' gang. To coerce Batman into disclosing his actual identity, the Joker threatens him with a succession of murders, which begins with the assassinations of Police Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb and Judge Surrillo. All of Gordon's possessions are forfeited to prevent him from murdering the mayor. Rachel is the next victim of a targeted assassination.


Following Dent's efforts to prevent Bruce from revealing his identity, Batman goes undercover as the Dark Knight to stop the killings from occurring. As soon as he discovers that Dent has been kidnapped, the Joker attacks the caravan.


Despite the appearance of death, Batman and Gordon manage to save Dent while apprehending the Joker. After being abducted, The Joker informs Rachel and Dent that they are being held in separate explosive-rigged locations, which they later discover to be false. While Gordon is attempting to recover Dent, Rachel receives assistance from Bats. The Joker had led him to Dent's place of living but it is too late for Batman to realise that, which he had been led to by the Joker himself. When the buildings collapsed, Rachel was murdered, and Dent's Face was cut in half. The Joker and the Chechen assassinate Lau before they get a chance to flee the scene.


A Wayne Enterprises employee who discovers that Bruce Wayne is Batman named his firm Reese in honour of him after learning his identity. The Joker threatens a hospital to prevent Reese's disclosure from jeopardising his plans. If she does not murder him within an hour, the Joker threatens to blow up the facility. To prevent the hospital from being burned down, Dent is encouraged to pursue vengeance for Rachel's murder by the Joker. Taking on the identity of Two-Face, Dent goes on a murderous spree, searching for people he believes are responsible for Rachel's death.


After proclaiming that Gotham will be under his authority,
the Joker prepares two boats, one for residents and another for prisoners which were filled with explosives to transport them to their final destinations. Although he will blow up both of the boats, only one will be saved if the other boat crew also blows up the other. The Joker is apprehended by Batman, who uses the sonar capabilities of the city's cellphones to hunt him down. No one in Gotham is interested in murdering anybody else, demonstrating that there is still hope for the city. During his arrest, he boasts to SWAT that if the citizens of Gotham see Dent's rage, they will give up all faith in the city.

A confrontation between Gordon and Batman takes place when Two-Face, the abductor of Gordon's family, shows up. Two-Face murders Batman with a single gunshot and menaced to kill his son, blaming Gorodon for Rachel's death and accusing him of murder. Two-Face blames Gordon for Rachel's death and accuses him of murder. In the process of knocking Two-Face off the building, he succumbs to his injuries. To retain Dent's heroic image, he persuades Gordon for the murder that has taken place before. Dent, he feels, is the hero that Gotham City is in desperate need of right now. Following this, Dent is hailed as a hero, and the police start an inquiry to track down Batman and his associates. Meanwhile, Gordon is attempting to delete the Bat-signal against his better judgement.
