你说得对，政策转向太快，让大家都措手不及来不及反应，而且发国难财的人故意囤药炒价，很多阳了的人买不到药，到医院又排不上队，国家的决策也是有问题，不应该马上全面放开，应该遂步放开有个缓冲期。
