Today I am very happy that I am going to part in an interesting engagement challenge in this community after along time and it is all about health so let's discuss diabetes as my responsibilities.

Yes I agree with this statement that responsibility of our health is always in our hands because when he was a person don't have disease then it is the duty of that person to stay away from sedentary lifestyle and from all the activities that can lead that person towards many of the diseases.
It is very obvious that if a person don't exceed with limit in all things and keep all things in moderation including diet , exercise etc then there would be very little chance in that person of development of any of the disease or any abnormality
To stay healthy following are the things that I follow:
First thing that I never miss is my diet and I always include proper vitamins and minerals in my diet so that I may remain very healthy.
Second thing that I always do is exercise so that my body may observe all the nutrients.

- Third thing is important and it is last but not least and it is that if I find any abnormality or any thing which is disorganised in my body then I caught the problem at very starting stage by consulting with a physician.
Yes I have experience with diabetes but personally I don't have experience but still my very closest which is my father is a diabetic patient so definitely for that reason I have an experience with diabetes type 2 which is not present at birth and develop letter in life and can also travel through genes.
I have seen in diabetic patient which is my father that their body make insulin but it don't absorb in body that's why several medications are used but in treatment protocol direct and exercise should be the first approach and I know about this disease that type 2 diabetics don't use insulin injections and they control their diabetes through diet exercise as well as through medications.
Yes I extremely agree with it that when you establish your healthy routine then you cannot eliminate this disease completely but you can overcome this disease and control it by addressing some of the common issues and complications when you control this disease with your diet and exercise which is the first approach especially in diabetic type 2 patient.

Yes I agree with statement and reasons for agreement at this statement I am giving below.
Diabetes is a disease which is considered very fatal if we don't control it and it is also sent that we should control this disease rather than feeling anxiety after having this.
If we eat healthy foods that doesn't increase insulin and doesn't move insulin towards spike then we can control our sugar level and hence when we add exercises in it then it would be more + point and more beneficial.
If we reverse the situation and don't care about our diet and exercise then we cannot rely upon medications for best results that's why to control diabetes and sugar levels is in hand of a person who have this disease.
