Fellow steemians, I greet you all. I'm happy to write my entry about this wonderful topic titled resilience manual. This is indeed a very interesting topic as it acts as the psychology of humans I.e knowing yourself.
Resilience is seen as the ability of a person or an individual to come out of depression into the light of happiness after passing through some ups and downs. Most times things happen to us that will get us sad but at the same time, we have individually different things whenever we do them we feel more excited and free.
As I have said earlier, these things may vary from person to person but there is always one thing that makes us come alive most times. In this article, I wi be listing and discussing my part in what exactly makes me happy any time I'm sad or worried about anything in life.
I normally feel very free and forget about any depression anytime I take alcohol. The truth is that when I'm troubled or depressed for any reason at all, all I have to do is to grab a bottle of alcoholic drink and then start drinking and anytime I take this alcohol, I forget about any disturbance and I focus more.
Drinking doesn't take away the issues though but it goes a long way in helping me think even more straightforward. So the only way to think and act well whenever I'm depressed is to go to a nearby bar where more people are taking drinks and many are listening to music and having fun like a party zone where loud music will be playing. Noise is also a long way in helping me to concentrate in no small way.
So whenever I'm depressed, I loom for a more noisy environment where there will be loud music and noise from every angle. When hearing different voices, I normally get a comforting one among the many who will be displaying their selves. So noise is one of the major parts of my resilience as a person which keeps me happy during the depression.
Conclusion
This topic is indeed a very unique one as it concerns everyone living on earth. I want to specially invite @dave-hanny, @jasminemary and @josepha to also join the contest.
Hello dear friend, thank you very much for participating in the contest. Certainly music can be a good therapy, we all have different strategies to be able to improve those moods, it is necessary, since life will always have its highs but also very difficult moments.
