Frightening experience
6 years old Robin was sitting near his mother, it was a very dark night today, dark clouds were covering the sky, lightning was thundering continuously, Robin was feeling very scared, whenever there was lightning, he used to cry with his mother. Used to stick.

7 years ago we were going to Jamaica for our honeymoon. It was a medium-sized passenger carrier that made a very steady, slow voyage to its destination in the Caribbean Sea, with about 75 passengers, 30 crew and a large amount of valuables loaded on its bottom, Its journey started 6 days back from Columbia Port.
The ship had about 1 more day left to reach Jamaica Port. Due to its weight and as per instruction given by the ship's captain it was not being steered at high speed, so it took 6 days to cover the distance of about 1000 nautical miles.
This modern ship had all the facilities for leisure so most of us tourists were enjoying our time onboard very much. No one wanted to reach their destination early.
After reaching Jamaica, the ship was scheduled to stay there for about a week and then start the return journey. In this 6 day trip we tourists had seen all the marine life like sperm whales, humpback whales, stingrays and dolphins and flying fish rays and morays and much more.
Today was the last day of our journey to reach there and this day was also spent in a lot of fun and the ship reached its destination, the ship stood anchored on the shore and all the passengers got down from the ship and slowly started walking towards their destination. .
Before sending all the tourists off, the captain of the ship, David Clive, had announced that now the ship would stay here for seven days, unloading goods etc. from here, refueling the ship, maintaining the ship.
He requested all of us to be back on the ship by 12 noon on the seventh day.
Exactly one week later, passengers began to return to the ship at their prearranged time, with all passengers on board well before 12 o'clock.
At the end of the trip, me and your father drank and danced all night in a club and went to the room at 4 in the morning and then we woke up at 11-30 in the noon. Only Me and your father could not reach the ship by the appointed time, but the captain of the ship knew that among so many passengers, one or the other passenger always does such negligence.
The captain waited for us and we reached there running about 1 hour late and apologized for coming late.
All the passengers heaved a sigh of relief and then the return journey started in 30 minutes.
Most of the passengers went to their cabins to rest, and some very young couples remained on deck, the weather was very pleasant, all of us young men and women began to drink and enjoy the sun.
The ship went back on its way, the ship traveled uninterrupted for 3 days, on the fourth day at night suddenly the sky became very dark, lightning started to crackle, the waves started rising high.
The condition of the passengers started getting worse. The elders started chanting the name of God, everyone sat in their respective places out of fear.
The captain gave necessary instructions to control the ship and he told all of us passengers that there is no need to be afraid, such situations happen in sea voyages.Everyone began to feel that perhaps today is the last day of their lives.
The ship started rocking very fast, some old women and children started crying. The young passengers were also sitting silently. To deal with any eventuality, the Captain asked his staff to hang the lifeboats to rescue all the passengers.
The whole ship was in a stir and was running hither and thither. Suddenly on the deck of the ship, there were signs of lightning from the sky in a loud sound, the whole ship was shaken and the screams of the passengers came out. But the captain overcame this situation with courage.
This dreadful scene of death continued for about 2-3 hours, the condition of all the passengers and sailors remained pathetic. Then suddenly the weather calmed down and it started raining lightly.
Our courageous captain heaved a sigh of relief and started the journey again, for the next three days there was no hindrance and all of us passengers and the ship returned safely.
But I will always remember those three-four hours spent on that ship and that terrible scene.
So Don't be afraid at all, my child, have faith in God, even that night the apocalypse could not do any harm, it will not be able to do any harm even today.
