I live in Pakistan , we have own tridiagonal food here.
But your question is chosing Chinese Food or Arabic food. So my preference is Arabic food....!
Specially I love traditional Arabic roasted goat on underground Woden burn and eating with rice.
Arabic dishes are full of spicy and other material while mostly Chinese are not spicy.
