Let's start my diary today!

I opened my eyes at 9 o'clock this morning. Today the weather was very good. The cold wind was blowing. I got up and freshened up. Today the weather was good. Gone. Brother brought breakfast. We all had breakfast together. After having breakfast, I picked up the dishes and started washing the dishes. After washing the dishes, I cleaned the house and cleaned the kitchen.

Enjoing weather;

As I said today the weather was very good so after doing the housework I went to the roof. To enjoy the weather. I saw the weather was very cloudy. There was a possibility of wind. Lots of people. They came to the roof of their house to enjoy the weather. The birds were chirping happily. Due to the good weather, my elder brother told my younger sister to make samosas today. I started preparing samosas.

As you can all see in this picture, I first kneaded the flour and coverd it with reper and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Then I put the potatoes on the stove to boil.

When the potatoes were boiled, I peeled the potatoes and ground them and added spices in them. You can all see in this picture. I added red chillies, dried coriander and hot spices. And prepared the mixture to put in the samosa. And put it in the fridge.

After half an hour had passed, I took the flour out of the fridge and made pies for it. And to make a samosa strip, I made bellies. I put three belts of ghee in them at once. On the other hand, I heated the stove and heated the toe and put the baked bread on the toe. And warmed up a little. Then separate them and cut them wide for a samosa strip.

After that I made samosas and rolls. On the other hand I put ghee on my stove to heat. When the ghee got hot, I put samosas and rolls in it and fried them. Hot samosas and The rolls will be ready. I gave it to everyone to eat. Everyone liked it very much. I hope you all will like it and you will all make it.
