Hello friends, today this diary of mine is related to the International Workers' Day. Today is a very important day for the workers in which the workers celebrated the iron of their struggle and the workers all over the world conveyed the message that there is no work without workers. It is not possible. A house is being built. A building is being built. All this work is done by laborers. So I started this day by fasting. In the morning I ate a dry bread and drank a cup of tea because I was sick. I don't feel hungry. Slowly my health is getting better. It's time for Fajr prayers. I went to the mosque and offered Fajr prayers and came home and fell asleep. Today I had to go to a brick kiln on Labor Day. I got up. Prepared and took the motorbike out of the house and went straight to the brick kiln. Regarding this day we the workers should remember that the hardest work is to work on the brick kiln. I started meeting the workers and I started my conversation. I saw a brick kiln in front of me
First of all, where the soil is dumped, the soil is collected. The owners of these kilns buy soil from the people of the land. When they are done, they move the soil in trolleys with the help of cranes Nearby they collect it in the form of a mound, then as many clay workers as they want to loosen, they pick up the clay from here with the help of Reddy and start making bricks. Pile up
Now what I am showing you is ready. This is one of their main needs. Without this ready, their work is incomplete. From this ready, they pick up the soil and collect it in one place as much as they take out bricks in one day. When the soil accumulates, they pour water into the soil and knead the soil well with the help of their feet. When the soil and water are well mixed, then the help of this ready is to pick up the kneaded soil and take it to a clean place. You can see in these pictures where the bricks have to be removed
Then the next task is to make bricks. They stop at night by making mud. In the morning, the sun has not yet risen. They start their work. Every member of the household of these laborers works, whether they are small children or adults Yes, everyone has to work, then they go and make a living. Early in the morning, they start to take out the bricks. They pour the kneaded clay into a mold and turn the mold upside down. You can see it in this picture
These workers get a salary of Rs. 700 for making one thousand bricks. If the bricks get damaged due to rain, there is no deduction in their wages. When these bricks are taken out, they are counted and written in their wage register. The labor is calculated by the manager of a kiln. When the ants come out, they are kept in the sun for a few days. When they are well dried, then they are joined together in the form of roofs. You can see in this picture
When the bricks are dried in these kilns, it is conveyed to the kiln with the help of loader. Then the dried bricks are attached inside the kiln. It is known from where the baked bricks are taken out. The bricks are reassembled. This work is also done by the laborers themselves and the heat inside the kiln is so high that the common man cannot spend a few minutes there. These laborers do a lot for their stomachs. You can also see the bricks attached inside the kiln
When the raw bricks go inside the kiln, they are closed on all sides. Not a trace is left. The next task is fire. They have a hard duty. The shoes of these workers are made of wood. Other shoes are melted by their hands. They have a very hard duty. They have to stand on top of today. Their wages are higher than that of ordinary workers. They also put a lot of coal in the kiln. The coal is lying next to them. They pick up the coal from below. The cracks are very hard. If someone's foot falls into the fire, it burns in a few seconds. The tax will become in the form of coal so these workers work very carefully. Now the pictures I am going to show you are the part of the fire above the kiln which is called chimney. The fire is lit in it now. Bhutto has installed a special plant to clean the smoke. It is no longer dust. You can see it in all these pictures.
They bake bricks with great difficulty. When bricks turn red, they have experience because they have been doing this for a long time. The job of laborers and poor people is to do labor. It is left open for a while. When it cools down, it is taken out of the kiln and put together. The rate of one thousand bricks in the area is fixed at Rs. 8,000. Let me also tell you the rate of. First you will see this brick
The name of this brick is Tile brick. At present it is 1000 bricks of Rs. 20,000. It is the most expensive. It has to be protected very much. When it is placed inside the kiln, it is placed very carefully. It is clean on both sides. Most of the people use it on the roofs, on the roofs with TR girders and some people use flooring in their houses, so they use this brick. Now talk. Raw bricks are also stocked for fear of rains. When it rains, fresh bricks are not made, then these bricks come in handy. The work does not stop. Once the kiln is closed, it is very difficult to run it. The fire is burning, it is very difficult to burn and the aunts who go to the park are taken out and put in the form of sauces and then people come from here and take them away. You can see in these pictures.
There are four types of bricks available in this kiln. The first brick is tile and the second brick is first and the third variety is second brick and one brick is called. Gathers there, it melts, that's how workers make ants, as I told and showed you, my post today is about workers and today is a very important day for workers, the owners of all workers They should treat the workers kindly and take care of them. They should come to their aid in their bad times. I hope you like my diary today. Goodbye
