Ghana, a small country |
---|
So much joy in the eyes of the college students as they embark on a journey to Africa. They have a friend in Ghana, who attend college too so they informed them about their trip to the country. The students are from England and they have always heard so many stories about Africa, they know the sun is really hot in most countries there and they will try to cope with the heat.
They are 4 in number, currently feeling like the happiest human beings on earth because they will be visiting Africa in the next few hours and their cameras are all set. They got to the airport and entered the plane after doing some few process, the four students sat close to each other in the plane and they couldn't even fall asleep because of excitement.
They arrived at the airport in Ghana and saw two of their friends David and Mary by name. They embraced each other and felt impressed with the numerous black people they saw at the airport. David has told his father about this and his father permitted him to use his car for the day so they all entered David's car and begun their journey.
They went to the market in Ghana and saw alot of people, the place was very busy and noisy. Mary bought fruits for everyone in the market and they finally arrived at big zoo, the animals there were so many. They spent alot of time in the zoo and also went to a particular traditional event in the city, some young people were singing round a circle and Mary said some of them are her friends.
The event made their journey enjoyable, it isn't all about going to the zoo but also associating with the Africans and asking them questions that can make them learn more things. It was time for everyone to est and foods were dished out to everyone. The students from England didn't really like the appearance of most of the foods by they decided to give it a try because of their wonderful aroma.
They enjoyed the food and after eating and also listening to some African stories by the oldest man in the event, they danced to their satisfaction, children were always around the students are some of them said they want to follow them to England, this made the students laugh out loud. They went to the stream the next day to see how it looks like and they also went to some amazing parks in Ghana. So many people were always staring at them each time they pass but they didn't think about it much as they just free themselves just to enjoy the trip.
