Laughing to myself not knowing if this was a joke, I thought I'd need my finger to finish eating, so decided to do without the missing eggs.

hi. This is actually a true story that happened to me a few days ago. I could just kick myself for not returning to the counter and take a pic of the sign. So I tried to recreate it from memory. It was a good laugh for an otherwise crazy week I was having.

Thanks, and true. Got a real laugh out of that one. It brightened my day last week. Just sorry I didn't take a snapshot of the sign on the wall. The crazy thing about it is no one else in the place seemed to notice. It made for a great day. When I saw the zapfic prompt for finger. I just had to write about it.
