I woke up in the morning around 7 AM and after that, I freshen up myself and took 1tbsp honey with warm water and 5 ml aloe vera and after that, I did some yoga-like pranayam, ardh masyendra which helps me to control my cholesterol level and after that, I fill the water of BMC and prepared the breakfast. For breakfast, I made the poli. After that I had breakfast and for some time I watched the recipe on youtube and after that, I started preparation for lunch.

In the afternoon around 1:30 PM, I had lunch and after lunch, I washed the vessels and dish and after that, I took a rest. While resting I watched the Marathi serial.

In the evening around 4 PM, I had tea and after that, I started completing my daily household work and after that, around 7 PM I did my daily prayers. It feels good. after that, I called my husband and talked with him. After that, I also called my childhood friend. Around 10 PM I had dinner and after that, I read the book navnath bhaktisar. After that, I go to sleep this is how I spend my day.
