#club100: Designing a creative wall hanging by @nadeesew

Hello everyone,

As per the daily dynamic topics in the steemit platform today I came up with an interesting topic. I will share how I made a nice and simple handi craft today.

Wall Hanging Handi Craft

Materials Needed

Card board
Colour papers
Stationary

Method

The first thing I did was I took a left over card board and cut two rings from two different sizes. you can see how I have cut the two rings. Remember there should be an enough thickness for the rings as the whole decoration runs on these two rings.

Then I coloured the rings using black colour. The colour can be selected according to the colour combination of your design. Then I clipped the two rings together to get a start to my design. I have used staples to clip but you can use glue as well.

As my theme is unity and love I designed a love bird couple 🐦 🐦 to stand on the ring. That was cut and pasted using a piece of card board and I used my marker pens to colour the birds. Then let it dry.

Then I designed Some flowers from two colours. I selected white and light green as my rings are black and they need to be contrasting. Using a block I cut as about 10 flowers from each colour and from two sizes.

To have a combined look I pasted all flowers by blending the sizes and colours. In the middle the two 🐦 🐦 birds are now clearly seen. Small flowers are pasted in between big flowers. Then I kept this structure to dry.

The final thing was to add the hangings. For this hanging I cut some paper strips and made some cone shapes using two colours. The cone colours were taken to match the colours of two birds. Now my wall hanging is fully completed.
