Greetings everyone,

Assalamu Alaikum everyone, welcome to the Nasar and Agriculture Community Contest. This time the topic is about organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers. In many cases, organic fertilizers are beneficial to us and chemical fertilizers erode the soil and destroy the quality of the party.

Organic fertilizers are made from plant or animal remain such as compost, animal manure and bones respectively. They give out nutrients as they breakdown slowly, improve the physical properties of the soil and encourage microbial growth. On the other hand chemical fertilizers are artificially produced inputs derived from refined minerals and chemicals and gives nutrient in a form that plants can directly use. Chemical fertilizers are cheaper and have quick effect which makes it ideal to feed the plant immediately. However, the use of organic fertilizer enhances the quality of the soil in the long run and has reduced chances of polluting the water sources by a wash away of the nutrient.

Chemical fertilizers may cause over-fertilization problems, changes in the soil pH and detrimental affects on ground organisms. It is preferable to use organic products since they may be applied more frequently because of their slow nutrient release rates yet they improve the continual viability of the soil.So let's talk about the rest of the contest.
