To encourage young peoples to becomes agriculturals entrepreneurs the governments should takes several steps firstly the government should provided interest free or low interest loans to young farmers so they can started their agricultural businesses. Secondly training programs should be introduced to teaches young people modern farming techniques such as using technology and sustainable practices moreover the government should offer subsidies on seeds fertilizers and farming equipment to reduce the financial burden. Creating agricultural hubs and marketplaces will also help young entrepreneurs sell their produce directly to buyers eliminating the role of middlemen. Additionally offering scholarships for agricultural studies will motivate more students to choose this field as a career.

In my area Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) is a leading organisations that helps young people by offering financial assistances for agricultural projects. ZTBL provides loans at an interest rate of around 12%. They also guide borrowers about how to use the money efficiently and maximize their profits. Young agricultural entrepreneurs can benefit from this support to start their journey. Apart from ZTBL other microfinance organizations such as Khushhali Bank and Akhuwat Foundation also offer loans for small agricultural businesses. Their interest rates are usually lower and they focus on uplifting rural communities.
