The root is the major means of food intake in plant. Plants uses root to absorb food from external environment .
Through photosynthesis, which is the process by which plants convert light energy from the sun into chemical energy, plants absorb carbon dioxide from the air through stomata .

I only see some bacterias during the time they were overgrown weeds . Fire blight was eating up my corn leafs , and the comb was totally destroyed which makes me feel sad after a lot of stress . I'm sure that wouldn't have happened if there was proper weeding.
