Secretary Esper Travels to Naval Station Great Lakes and Fort Leonard Wood > U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE > Advisory

At Naval Station Great Lakes, Secretary Esper will meet with leaders from the Naval Service Training Command, Recruit Training Command and Training Center for Surface Combat Systems Unit Great Lakes to discuss the continued training of the nation's naval forces under COVID conditions. Secretary Esper will observe Sailor basic training, including firefighting and damage control, Ready Relevant Learning Interactive Training used for job specialty training, and conduct a re-enlistment ceremony.
