Suffering from burns on 90 percent of his body, he was taken to hospital for treatment approximately twenty minutes after the incident.

The two men wanted the agency to help them find housing.

The two warned that if their demands are not met, they will immolate themselves. Yet, nobody came to talk to them as they kept waiting.
