Our observations

There are millions of vegetarians in India who do not take any Omega-3 fatty acids containing food except for, perhaps, some of them who consume walnuts and avocado in small quantities. Yet, they live as well as or better than those who consume Omega-3. The residents of the state of Gujearat in India have been largely vegetarians for generations. There is no evidence to suggest that they suffer the side-effects of lack of Omega-3.

The present Prime Minister of India is from Gujarat and he has been a vegetarian from birth. He is now 70 years of age and manages the affairs of the huge democratic country of more than 1.2 billion people of diverse cultures and languages. He looks far healthier and energetic than many people of his age. So are many other vegetarians in India of his age or more.

Check out Narendra Modi's website here for his latest pictures.

If you have lived in India among these people, you will question the claims made by the medical profession and nutritionist about the essential nature of Omega-3 fatty acids.
