Europe can try to do things like this, but unless this country can get a different leader and start developing other types of energy besides coal and petroleum products we'll never be able to make a promise like this

Seems kinda easy to mess up the atmosphere, the sunrise looks like sunset because of fires two days drive away. In the 70s humans caught fire to a river in Cleveland. Not that hard to mess it up.
