They looked to bolster their rotation with the signing of Zack Wheeler to a 5 year contract. The season might be looking at a bit of a slow start as star outfielder, Andrew McCutchen, is likely not to be ready for the regular season.
He missed most of last season with injury which harmed the team. The Phils are hoping he can back up.
