Mr Zagórski said that the implementation of the system would not only be in line with the pace of the development of Polish administration but would also accelerate the changes. "The result would be such that all citizens, all offices will be obliged to communicate electronically," he said.
"We are somewhat forcing a situation in which the entire circulation of documentation becomes an electronic process. This is indispensable and necessary from the angle of the functioning of the state and citizens who moved online," Mr Zagórski said, adding that "this trend will not u-turn."
