Don't return your ballot by mail. Return it in person. In 34 states, ballots received after election day won't be counted even if postmarked before election day. With Trump sabotaging the USPS, it's impossible to guarantee that a ballot you try to mail back will be delivered in time to be counted. However you vote, do everything as early as possible. Register as early as possible, pick up your ballot as early as possible, and return the ballot as early as possible.
