If you thought that transsexuals winning sports competitions being unfair:

How about not being raped by a transsexual in British hospitals. Because only men can rape in Britain and being penetrated, against your will, by a feminine penis is not rape.

The joys of intersectional feminism. All you need to do as a man is identify as a woman and you can:

• enjoy your pension one year early (Switzerland)
• win any sport competition (USA)
• rape women (UK)

OK, the latter might still be sexual assault but in the case discussed by HBR the Hospital would not even acknowledge that.
