England's Prince Andrew has declined to help out a U.S. examination concerning conceivable co-plotters of perished lender and denounced sex dealer Jeffrey Epstein, a U.S. investigator said on Monday.  

"As opposed to Prince Andrew's exceptionally open idea to help out our examination concerning Epstein's co-plotters, an offer that was passed on by means of official statement, Prince Andrew has now totally shut the entryway on willful collaboration and our office is thinking about its choices," U.S. Lawyer Geoffrey Berman said when gotten some information about Epstein at a news gathering about an irrelevant case.  

Berman's representative James Margolin declined remark on the alternatives being considered. He said the ruler's legal advisors had said Andrew would not submit willfully to a meeting. He said this was after Jan. 27, when Berman told a news gathering Andrew had not offered any collaboration.
