✅ Why do you like the job?
I like the job because the following are obtainable:

• Steady flow of salary: If you have a job, you are sure of receiving a certain amount as a salary which comes at the end of every month and increases with time based on the scheme of service. This money flows even if you are sick and unable to go to work for more than a year
• Job security: Job security is a situation where the job that one is doing is protected and secure from layoffs, economic downfalls etc

• Pension: This is the monthly amount of money given to someone who has served and left his job as a result of age. This benefit is awesome. It shows that some amount will be coming every month to sustain you because you served previously.
• Gratuity: This is a large sum of the amount given to a person at the end of his service year.

✅ Write the causes of unemployment in your country.
The causes of unemployment in my country Nigeria are:

1. Overpopulation: Overpopulation is one of the major causes of unemployment in Nigeria. Our population increases day by day but the government have failed to create jobs that can match our population
2. Political favouritism: In Nigeria, politicians high-jack job opportunities from the general public and share them with their loyalists and families thereby causing unemployment.
3. Refusal to embrace entrepreneurship: Everyone wants a white cola job and refuses to learn hand work like carpentry, welding, shoe making etc which can also save someone even more than the white cola job.
4. Embezzlement of funds/resources: Our leaders embezzled government resources which could be used for development and will eventually create opportunities for others to be employed

✅ What is your favourite job? Why?
My favourite job is TEACHING. Teaching is one of the relegated jobs in Nigeria. Many go for the profession because there are no other options.

I love teaching with passion because:

• I feel I am gifted and because of that, I teach without stress and have satisfaction even with the little pay.
• I also love the Teaching Job because of the holidays we have in between terms that allow me to travel and do other things that will benefit me and my family.
• The Time that the school closes also creates an opportunity for me to spend time with my family.

✅ Write the ways to succeed in the job.
To succeed in the Teaching profession, one must:

• planning: plan well before going to class and teach. The teacher must have his lesson plan, lesson notes and instructional material.
• Always go for refresher causes, seminars and workshops to improve your knowledge.
• Take your job very seriously.
• Add variety to your teaching method
• Ensure that all records are entered. Eg weekly diary.

Conclusion
Job is better in succeeding in life but joining it with Entrepreneur is best. I pray that we all succeed in life. I invite @ninapenda, @mhizta and @mesola to participate.
