Do you think writing is a good profession that can fetch good money for the well-being of large families.( You can give instance of writers if any).

I think writing is a very good profession that can fetch money for large families. A good writer can make good amounts of money. There are various types of writing and when you create a niche as a writer and you're very good in your line of writing alot of people looking for writers in that particular line we patronize you and writing is not limited to a particular country. You could write for different people in different race from your comfort zone and be payed well.

what do you think a writer should do in order to be widely recognized /known.

For you to be widely recognized as a writer the number one thing you need to do is you should know how to write be good in it. If you're into freelance writing reach out to organizations within your niche and offer your services to them. You might not get positive response immediately but keep doing it.

You can also promote yourself on social media. Post quality contents online. Keep doing it until you start getting recognition as a writer and keep improving and working on your writing skills.

You can also join groups of like minded people and promote your content. Look for literary competitions and get involved in it. All these will help you gain popularity as a writer with consistency.

Can you advise someone to venture into writing as a profession.

Writing is a very good profession and i can advise someone to go into writing as a profession. When you're heart is in something and you consistently work on it, nothing can limit you. Writing is a very good profession if you're willing to pay the price and do your due diligence by getting knowledge and intentionally improve your writing skills you will definitely succeed in the field.
