Assalamualaikum Everyone. I am @imranhassan

Assalamu alaikum, how are you? I hope you are fine I am also fine. Today I will share with you how to make a small IPS machine from start to finish, fully ready with a light fan running. Isolated power supply I.P.S. is for an isolated power supply whereby the output of the power supply is isolated from the power source, which is the battery.
I went to our local market, Gulistan Market, in Dhaka to make IPS and purchased these products from there. Let me show you what products I have used here through a table chat, so let's start.
Step -01 |
---|
First, to make an IPS, I'll make this 12 volt mini IPS with a 12 volt auto card circuit board, a 12 volt transformer, some male to female jacks and switches, some wires, and some indicator lights.
Step -02 |
---|
Then, I took the IPS box and installed the switches, where there are three switch holes inside the box. Then I used three male to female jacks to route the output lines through the IPS sketching back site and installed them here.
Step -03 |
---|
Then I have two color indicator lights: red and yellow. Then, with those lights, I installed 1K resistors in front of the IPS box as indicator lights. Then I took the indicator lines from the circuit board and attached them to the indicator lights.
Step -04 |
---|
Then I took the 12-volt automatic circuit board and placed it in the middle of the IPS box. Then there are three places for input connections from a 12-volt AC transformer to a 12-volt DC circuit board. I soldered the three wires of the transformers from 12-0-12-volt to 12-0-12 in three places on the circuit board.
Step -05 |
---|
Then I placed the negative lines of the battery inside the male-to-female jack of the output line of the IPS. Then I made the switch lines separately for light and fan switching inside the switches, and I took those lines to the output again.
Step -06 |
---|
Then, when all my parts were connected, I took some copper-plated white wire to provide 220 volts of AC current. Then I replaced the input line of the 12 volt transformer with a pair of 220 volt white copper wires and made a directional switching system. Also, I wired the inside of the three jacks to get the 12 volt DC output and the 12 volt fan and light connections.
Step -07 |
---|
When my IPS is fully working, I test it with fan and light connections after fully fitting it. Then, if 100 percent is OK, I release it. And I go to the customer's house and install it and show them how to use it. Then I take a picture after my complete work is done.

Wow! This is amazing you really did a great job am sure your customers will be happy. Solar is this best now especially in countries with unstable electricity supply.
