Safety comes first. By this I mean to engage one's self safely in the place of work in any work.

But there will be risks in work. You can't stop working because of the risk, but you have to take measures to stay safe from the risk, and this is the first measure of safety.

In a word, basic safety is all the equipment used to work safely. If the company you are working in has more security then people will be interested in that workplace because that workplace is safe.

Because there are different workplaces in different places, sometimes we hear and see on television, there has been a fire in a company or a person has died due to lack of safety. Besides, many other news are heard, many accidents happen due to lack of safety measures.

✅ How is workplace safety in your country or where you work?

The place where I work has fairly good security, but not great!

I would like to highlight how well I am:- Suppose I am in the section i.e. in the laboratory, there are some equipments in our lab. In terms of safety, I would like to highlight two examples such as:- If someone cuts his hand, then there is a bandage, in addition to this, if the wound is There is Savlon and Viodine to clean dirt or wounds.

There are also fire extinguishers. If there is ever a fire and there is adequate water supply to put it out as quickly as possible, there are also fire extinguishers to put out the fire.

If we say now what is still lacking. We would like to mention that in our company, first of all, some communities should be appointed to control them and the upper echelons, that is, those who are in charge, should be more aware. It is very important to ensure that those entrusted with the responsibility are performing their duties properly and to observe where there are deficiencies.

✅ When you are the owner of a company or you are the head of the safety department of a company, what kind of measures will you take for the safety of the workers?

First of all I will take measures that the management ensures the safety of the employees of the company.

Team plans

I would like to highlight how to ensure it:-

• First, create a team that will engage in team planning and overseeing research.

• Then one egg from several teams will be assigned to justify the problems and collect what is required for security in which section and explain those services to them.

• There are also fire extinguishers provided in each section and one will be assigned to that section who will report their problems to us every week. That is, every week, one person from each section will come and have a meeting with everyone about safety.

• In this way many more plans will be kept and every aspect of keeping each person safe and healthy in the company will be considered and acted upon accordingly.

I think the few points I have raised are certainly justified. Also I may have to add some more things but you can comment the ones you think I have missed so I will know and learn.

There are also hand gloves 🧤, sun 😎 glass etc. Each section has a tool box to keep it safe from all sides and within that box there are safety measures depending on the tools and the work of that section.

Also I would like to point out that each section has a safety post written for everyone to find quickly. All are faced.

Unfortunately I was unable to capture them on camera from the company for several reasons. But rest assured our company has a safety tool in every section and dr for the safety of the people of the entire company.
