Greetings, everyone. How are you? Today I am going to write about How to improve your professional skills? as a part of our beloved community contest. I am going to explain what professional skills are, how to improve, and what to do to improve professional skills. Which type of profession is highly demanded in my country and the world and so on? What is a professional skill?

Skill is a word that means ability, expertise, and intelligence. We all know what a profession is. However, the things we do to live, in my opinion, that is a profession. When you want to be a good professional, you have to have some professional skills. For example, if you are a teacher, you must know how to teach. You have to understand your student's potential and weaknesses. You have to have the quality to teach everyone, the strongest one and the weakest one. If you are a lawmaker, you have to know what is needed and necessary for your people. The different profession requires different types of skills.

Skills vary by profession. If you are a promoter, your talking skills matter. You have to convince your potential customers. Choosing words will considered a skill. If you are a literature, your vision will considered a skill. What makes you special in your professional field is the called skills.

What to do to increase professional skills?

To develop professional skills, first of all, you have to what kind of profession that is. Analyzing is a skill that everyone should develop first. You have to find out which skills you need to improve first. I am a pharmacist. My job is to provide prescribed medicine to patients. So, my first skill should be to know medicine names, both brand names and generic names. I must have to have a proper idea about medicines' alternative brand names, doses, administration, times, etc.

Understanding Rx is my other skill to be high. Many times, Doctors' handwriting is hard to understand. A pharmacist's job is to find it out. As many generic and brand names as I know, I can provide more solid medicine. A pharmacist should never be wrong. Medicine is not a toy. There is no option for mistakes! I can't provide Decason instead of Decaren just because I didn’t understand. I can't provide the wrong medicine or the wrong dose.

So, in my opinion, to increase our skills, we need to understand what our profession is and what it requires. Have to follow those things. Have to work hard and utilize every opportunity.

What professional skills are in high demand in your country?

We have a huge number of people in my country. Every professional skill has demand here. But still, some skills are highly demanded. The IT sector is very new to us. Those who are skillful in the IT sector are highly demanded. Mechanism is another skill that is highly demanded. Any kind of knit and garment-related skills have high demand.
