∞🔸∞We all have to do some work. No one can find someone who does not have to work. But can we all be successful in our work? As far as I know, we do it right, but not everyone can succeed. The main reason for this failure is inefficiency. Inexperience in our respective professions, lack of professional attitude, and lack of skill are the reasons for failure. Honorable admin @shiftitamanna mam has given us an opportunity to talk about skills. For that, I am starting my discussion by thanking her once again.

In my opinion, professional competence is a strategy, the skill mastered to bring success in the profession in which I am involved. It is specialized knowledge that cannot be acquired suddenly. Our constant focus on work and addiction to succeeding at work makes us professional killers.

Professional skills are required in every organization. Due to the lack of professional skills, many people lose their jobs in our society. If they are unemployed, there will be losses in that business. Therefore, professional skills are absolutely necessary.How many steps have to be passed to become a professional skill? I am referring to two.

• First of all, I have to take seriously the profession I want to master.
• An adequate amount of study should be done on that subject. [To become a professional skill in our country skill There are several institutions to increase.]
• I need to devote a lot of time to the work I want to excel at.
• I have to concentrate on work.
  In all these ways we can build and enhance professional skills.

There are many professions in our country. Many people can show their skills by engaging in those professions. There is a lot of demand for skilled professions in our country. Here are some of the skilled occupations that are in high demand.

• Freelancing-
  Nowadays, the profession that youths are leaning towards and acquiring professional skills is freelancing. By using modern technology, it is possible to earn enough money from home. For example - Fiber, and Upwork. There is so much demand for work on these online platforms that as soon as you acquire skills, you have the opportunity to earn handsome figures of money. And in this opportunity, many people in our country are working efficiently.

  People skilled in software are also in huge demand in our country. They get job offers even before they are skilled.
• Mechanical work -
  Industrial factories are constantly expanding in our country. The expansion of industrial factories means the need for mechanical people. Therefore, several institutions have been created in our country to bring skills to this work.
  Also, the garment industry and textile industry HR departments are in demand of highly skilled people.
  In general, a person who acquires professional skills does not have to worry about work. Work finds him. And unskilled people do not find success in work despite their efforts.
