Individual work is a type of work where a work is done by a single talent and intelligence.
Between these two jobs, I would prefer teamwork activities. There are many reasons to prefer teamwork activities. Every human has limitations in knowledge. When I work alone, I have to rely on my intelligence. There may be mistakes but correcting mistakes is due to working alone. There is no such situation.
But when I work through teamwork, I can use my knowledge and the talent of my colleagues to come up with a beautiful solution.
This is why I prefer teamwork over individual work.

Between group work and individual work, group work is more progressive. We all know that where the knowledge of individual work ends, teamwork begins. Due to the limitation of human knowledge, single work does not reflect multifaceted talents. On the other hand, in teamwork, the combination of one's own talents and the talents of others increases the speed of work, and the work becomes more meaningful. the work has the impression of genius.
Today, great people or successful entrepreneurs who have achieved success in their work do not achieve success by using a single mind. They definitely achieved this success by working in teams. That is why great entrepreneurs have board meetings or advisory committees to manage their businesses. This way success also comes more. So, I can say teamwork is more progressive.

Because of this, there is doubt about how practical the knowledge will be or how rational it will be to use this knowledge.
