Backstreet Boys' comeback succeeded with their song "Incomplete" but still underwhelming compared to their past successes, which was also apparent on their comeback album "Never Gone". They released the pop rock track"Just Want You to Know " as the second single, which even sounded like Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone". It reached number 70 on Billboard Hot 100, and bigger in US Mainstream chart at number 21. It also gave them a number 8 hit in UK Singles Chart.
