Music Preferences according to the personality type

I love music and I will not be able to do or be lost in my own thoughts even in a crowded and and noisy room with out it but of course with my earphones or headset

But Ive read a study in reader's digest that the preferences that we have when it comes to music gives us an idea of our own personality.

But for my own case its very hard to choose one cause every genre is good and only depends on the artist.

Pop- extroversion and conventionality

Heavy metal/rock music- Its also though to be a music related to aggression but its completely the way around, instead they are gentle, introverted and low-self esteem.
