Hoy les comparto una nueva coreografía de JLo ( Jenifer López) " On the floor" del género dance- pop.

Today I share with you a new choreography by JLo (Jenifer López) "On the floor " of the dance-pop genre.

Es un baile muy virgorosos que requiere de mucha habilidad, destreza y actitud para ejecutarlo de manera coordinada. Estuve prácticando la coreografía un par de veces y debo admitir que ¡baje más de 3kilos! pues quedé agotadisima.

It is a very virgolent dance that requires a lot of skill, dexterity and attitude to execute it in a coordinated way. I was practicing the choreography a couple of times and I must admit that I lost more than 3 kilos! Well, I was exhausted.

Sin embargo, no me rendí. La disfruté porque me encanta bailar y me encantó el resultado final; el cual fué aprobado por mi mamá 💃💃 que siempre está por allí observando y dando su punto de vista.

However, I did not give up. I enjoyed it because I love to dance and I loved the end result; which was approved by my mother 💃💃 who is always there watching and giving her point of view.
