Hi Everyone,
I am so happy because yesterday I have been at my first jam session since February 2020. I so needed this!
Lauren Dalrymple has been organising this jam for 22 years at the Effra Hall Tavern which is pretty unheard of if you consider how fast things come and go.

Lauren has always been supportive of me from the first day I showed up at her jam session even though I barely knew what I was doing! Years have passed and I still am a regular at this session and love it just as much as before.
It was a crazy feeling to return after such a long time! I even took the wrong tube by accident and got lost on the way there 😂😂😂.
Even the drummer told me he had to use his sat nav to drive there! this is crazy, as we all have been going there for years!
