Today my post is about application for moderator in Steem-Agro community. @hive-118902 posted a content about the application so I am going to create my content according and hope that I will qualify for the community moderation group.

"My Journey on Steemit"

My journey on steemit started after meeting with @hamzayousafzai. He is my neighbor and also my friend. He told me about everything, from sign up to creating posts on steemit; these included markdowns setup, achievements completion and use of #steemit platform.

I learned the basics in a week and then posted my first content on steemit, it was achievement1. There were some missing instruction in the first post so I have to create another one. The 2nd one was verified by @goodybest ma'am. Then, my journey on this platform. It was march 2023, I was verified into steemit. I was very happy about the verification and then, I directly created my 2nd achievement. I thought that I have create all achievements than I will start other postings...haha.... I was not aware of these things. Slowly and gradually I learned everything which were necessary and still I am learning new things on steemit.

"Past Positions"

I have one position on steemit and that is of moderator. I am working with Green Earth Community. Admin of that community is Shabbir86 sir. The community is in early stages and is developing, I am the only active moderator in that community. As the community is in early stages so it is not giving me any support so I have to pay the rewards from my SP to the winners in contests organized by me.

My activity on steemit is active. I have 448 SP on steemit, due to delegation to 3 communities the effective SP is 197.5. I am increasing it day by day. My Reputation is 64 and I am growing it in a better speed. My voting CSI at this time is 9.6.

"Why do you think you are suitable for the role?"

There are several reasons why I am suitable for the position. First reason, I am struggling for the past 3 months to have moderator position; my plans are higher than moderator position but at this time it is suitable for me to work as a moderator. Second reason, currently I am working as a moderator in 1 community so I have more time to work as a moderator in other communities as well. Third reason, I am contacting a lot of communities to get moderator reason, my plan is to be a moderator in minimum 3 communities and maximum in 5 communities. Fourth reason, I want to achieve higher ranks in steemit, to increase my reputation and my steem power. I will work everyday, verify posts and help the community in tougher times; when the community needs my help I will be there. I will delegate my steem power to this community.

I hope that the admin will be satisfied with my application and hope good for my future and also for the other participants whom are applying to the moderator position. Hope that the community well wishers will select the better person suitable for the position so best of luck to the participants.
