Agriculture is the backbone of food production, if agriculture system stopped thus half of the world will die and further deaths will be reported if livestock farming stopped. Without agriculture people cannot live because the meat we eat, the animals which produces meat depend on plant's food. As we do agriculture, we should look after those lands and respected farming, as respecting farming and saving it we should also provide respect and love to farmers.

Q: How do tuber crops impact food security? (Explain in detail)

Tuber crops are the main energy source for living things; humans and animals. They include a large amount of energy and they store it in a healthy form.

  • Economic: These crops are used in economic growth. Most of the countries lack tuber crops so these crops fulfill the economic part by exportation.

  • These crops are huge amount of energy source which is provided to the vast majority of the country. These are good energy source and grown quickly.

  • The food is grown underground, availability of energy is provided easily to the food part of the crop.

  • The food or nutrients of these plants are stored under the soil. So it is protected from outside pests and other animals which affect crops. The problem came with underground insects, these insects are larger in size which can damage the plants. The method to protect these crops from underground insects; we can use large plastic by inputting soil into it and installing the crops in it to protect it from insects.
