Tomatoes are one of the common fruits we normally use in our cooking. These seed fruits have a lot of health benefits that are good for us. Although some nutritionists classify it as a vegetable due to its common use in different kinds of meals, some people can also eat it raw and testify that they enjoy it because it is very sweet. Tomatoes are an amazing fruit which helps prevent heart diseases; many studies show that tomatoes contain vitamin C which supports the immune system to fight against harmful bacteria. The tomatoes we are talking about are mainly transported to our state from the northern part of the country because of availability, and many people venture into this business to survive.

We use blend tomatoes almost every week to make stew and eat with yam or white boiled rice. They taste really good. Or we can just cut them into cubes and make sauce.
The northern part of Nigeria is where tomatoes are cultivated in large farmlands suitable for marketing. Down here, we buy them from the north as you said.

ہمارے گھر میں موسم کا پھل اور سبزی بہت شوق سے کھایا جاتا ہے اج کل گرمی کا موسم ہے اور ہر طرف خوبانی اور چیری کی بہار ہے ویسے تو الو بخارا اور اڑو خربوزہ گرما اور بھی بہت سارے پھل بازار میں عام نظر ارہے ہیں مگر جو ذائقہ اور جو رنگت خوبانی اور چیری کی ہے اس کی کوئی مثال نہیں۔
عام طور پر دیکھا جائے تو یہ دونوں ہی پھل کافی مہنگے ہوتے ہیں مگر بچوں کی خاطر انسان کماتا بھی ہے اور خرچ بھی کرتا ہے تو میں نے بھی اپنے بچوں کے لیے چاہے میری جیب پر کافی مہنگا پڑا مگر میں یہ پھل لے کر ائی اور اپنے بچوں کو کھلایا۔ہمارے جسم میں خون بنانے کا بہترین ذریعہ خوبانی ہے خوبانی سے جسم کے نہ صرف پٹے درست رہتے ہیں بلکہ معدے کا نظام بھی بہترین رہتا ہے۔اس میں موجود فائبرز ہمارے معدے میں جا کر وہاں کے سسٹم کو بہتر کرنے میں مددگار ثابت ہوتے ہیں۔
خدا نے نہ صرف خود قاعدہ دیتی ہے بلکہ اس کا بیج بھی بہت فائدہ مند ہوتا ہے اس میں سے نکلنے والا بادام اکثر و بیشتر میٹھا ہوتا ہے اور بچے اسے بھی شوق سے کھاتے ہیں۔
جیری بے شک کھٹی ہوتی ہے لیکن نظام ہاضمہ بہتر بنانے میں اس کی کھٹاس بہت مفید ہوتی ہے۔چہرے کی اسکن فریش کرنے میں بھی چیری اور خوبانی کا بہت بڑا کردار ہے۔اکثر لوگ خوبانی کا ماسک بنا کر بھی چہرے پر لگانا پسند کرتے ہیں۔

It clearly shows a neighborhood in an agricultural area, especially the first steps of farming the crops. Plants are coming up from prepared mounds and part of them are sheltered by banana and palm trees. And the land is well tilled, reflecting the participating effort of everyone in the community.
So with a local house and a lot of greenery, you can really see how living in the countryside and farming are prominent there. This scene clearly shows how farming for these people is linked to their land, since it is part of their lives and not just a job.

Farming is like a culture in most places. They just can't do without it. We have a couple of farmlands in various areas and local government in my state. I don't even know some of them, but I do know that some food stuffs we eat are sometimes from there. Farming activities help alot. I think everyone should try.

Flies are tiny insects with 6 legs and wings for flight. They are of different sizes and species.
Most people hate flies because of some diseases which they're vector of.
However, flies also have their good side, as they play a crucial role in the ecosystem. Most especially pertaining to agriculture.
They help in decomposition of matters; flies helps in breaking down organic matters and recycle nutrients in the soil for plants.
They also help in pollination;
No one here would say he doesn't know what pollination is. Some species of flies like the hoverflies helps in pollinating flowers for fertilization.
They are food sources for poultry birds and so on...
You can hate flies ,especially house flies for the diseases they spread. But you cannot neglect thier contributions in the ecosystem. Stay safe and healthy, eat right and eat healthy .

Oh....
I know this fly, they like the smell of poop and decayed materials. For some reason I hated them. But the poor little things are just fulfilling thier purpose. I also was thought that they help to pollinate plants. At least, something good about them. Not only spreading deadly diseases 😂😂
