Why is irrigation necessary for agriculture?

Irrigation Is very important for crop because due to the proper irrigation we gave the water to crop on best time and when they need because the raining is unpredictable and we not only work on the natural process because the water is necessary to grow the plant and we achieve the results according to our desire. Some time the raining not on the time so we need to proper irrigation to our crop to achieve the profit or good quality so it’s play the important role to get a High Results. Irrigation is a complete system which contains different things and we watering our fields on the proper time.

Explain how rainwater harvesting can supplement irrigation.

Harvesting is the process in which we store the rainwater in the different places like the Roof, Fields and other store in ground. This is very famous thecnique which we used in these areas where the irrigation are nit proper jut the relay in the rain water. In this method we store the rain water and used for irrigation during after sometime when we need. It's very common and easy because we make the store for permeant when the raining we store and used according to our desire. In desert this is very common and very Old method and they survive their lives on this method in this we irrigation our plants or crop on their Time.

Sprinkler	Drip Irrigation
Water Spray like the Rain	Water reached at the plant Roots with small pipe
The water spry and evaporation take place	Minimal Vaporization
Low in cost	The more cost need ti install the system
Low crop like vegetables	Large crop
Its need mantaince for cleaning	Not much care as that system
