What are the main differences between tuber and grain crops.

Below are the differences between tubers and grains:-

Tubers	Grain
1. There are many types of tubers.	1. Cultivation of crops is a very good way for farmers to bring resilience to climate change in our country.
2. For example:- Potato Onion, Carrot, Cassava, Turnip, Ginger. These are called tubers.	2. The main crops of our world are pumpkin, corn, cotton, barley etc.
3. The tubers are slightly larger in size.	3. These are available naturally in our country.
4. The tuber we are talking about grows mainly in the ground.	4. Tuber crop is taken from the soil but the grain is found above the soil.
5. This yield is very profitable.	5. It is also very profitable in farming.
6. They provide many nutrients to the body.	etc.

How do tuber crops impact food security?

Tuber crops are one such crop. Which we use every day. Without them, our life would be impossible. We have to work hard to protect this crop. We cannot use all the tuber crops we produce at once. That's why you have to use the refrigerator to keep this crop. We don't do the daily market every day though. I eat for 3-4 days after shopping for 1 day. If you keep them like that, they will spoil. And if I keep it in the fridge, I can eat it for a long time. There are many benefits in producing this crop. It costs much less. If you sow the seeds again, you get a very quick yield. Every year many people die due to lack of food in our country. Which is very sad.
