Mention 5 natural ingredients used in the kitchen that are agricultural based.
In order to keep the human body in perfect condition, varieties of nutrients are required and plants happen to be the major source of these nutrients. There's consumption of everything from flowers, leaves, stems of plants, roots of plants and fruits by humans and animals.
Vegetables consumed on a daily base is due to its rich source of nutrients. There are ingredients gotten naturally from plants(agriculture) that are used in the kitchen and there are;
Honey
Olive oil
Tumeric
Garlic
Ginger
What are their benefits? Explain each of the mentions ingredients.
1.) Benefits of Honey
Honeybees makes honey syrup(liquid) from plant nectar. It's an ingredient that's common in many foods and forms. It's benefits are as follows:
It is an ingredient that contains antioxidants and bioactive plants compounds.
Honey is consume in moderate amount which offers some protective effects in regards to blood sugar management.
It improves blood fat levels and prevent healthy cells from dying and regulate heartbeat which actually improves heart health.
Honey apply to skin helps treat wounds, burns and other skin conditions.
2.) Benefits of Olive oil
Olive oil is naturally extracted from the fruit of olive tree. It's benefits are;
Olive oil has a good amount of healthy mono unsaturated fat and it's high heat resistance which is a healthy choice for cooking.
There is modest amount of vitamins in olive oil, and it's got loads of antioxidants that fights inflammation and protects blood cholesterol that lowers the risk of heart disease.

Garlic is good for losing fat mass and body weight.

For ages, ginger has been used for cooking and as medicine. It is used as fresh or dried ginger for herbal tea or cooking. It is a root from a plant. It has benefits;
Ginger helps relieve nausea and aids digestion.
It has anti-inflammatory antibacterial and antiviral properties.
Ginger helps reduce gas and improves digestion in the body.
How do agricultural-based ingredients impact human health?
There's a positive and negative impact on human health from agricultural best ingredients and some factors depends on it like;
Positive Impact:
Phytochemicals gotten from whole grains, fruits, vegetables have antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory properties.
Fiber contents from fruits vegetables whole grains is a good promoter of digestive health and IT support healthy blood sugar level.
Negative Impact:
- Pesticide residues: some agric based ingredients contains pesticide residues which can cause health problems like cancer and reproductive issues, etc.
- Heavy metal contamination: a wide range of health problems like neurological damage and cancer is caused by heavy metals like Mercury, lead,etc which contaminates agricultural-based ingredients.
