It is not an exaggeration to submit that almost all the food contents we consume daily, comes from agriculture. Human and animals depends wholly on agricultural products for their food and health needs. Specifically, majority of ingredients used in the kitchen are agricultural based.

*Tomatoes
*Fresh pepper
*Okra
*Fresh pumpkin leaves

- Tomatoes: The benefits of tomatoes are myriad and significant.
*Tomatoes are good sources of antioxidant which help to make the heart functional. This ingredient helps fight diseases associated with the heart like heart attack.
*Tomatoes are also good sources of Vitamin C and K. Vitamin C is very significant for a good eye sight.

Excessive consumption of these ingredients especially sodium present in these vegetable can have a negative effects on health. Heart disease can occur with the excess consumption of sodium-based ingredients.
Some ingredients are acids concentrated. Excessive amount of consumption can cause health complications like the inflammation of the heart.

It is noteworthy that 90 percent of human food comes from agriculture. The ingredients from agriculture bear natural vitamins and minerals that are vital to the functionality of the body. They are source of food and medicine to the body. Although these agro-based ingredients have health impacts to the body, their excessive consumption can be dangerous.
