We worry that our food would run out before we get replacement. What do you do during this time?

Well food is something that is we can't do without, because every human needs food to stay healthy and alive .

Most times we face difficulties in life where we would not have money to purchase food stuff on time, our food gets finished before we have to go for replacement.

As it's now in my country inflation increases daily, is even had to eat three times , some days if we are opportune to eat twice a day I thank God for that because is getting hard by the day.things I will do are as follows;

Prioritize essential: at this point you should focus on food that are non perishable like canned food , rice, Bread crumbs ,beans etc this food will save you at some critical point.

Create a meal planning: this is know what on schedule for meal for that day , don't spend beyond your budget , give a good meal plan for the week, this will help you in not be eating a particular meal constantly.

Water efficiency: they should be enough water, individual should take plenty of water at all times to keep the body dehydrated and avoid much intake of soda drinks.

Do you have an alternative in supplying food in your house other than buying from the local market?

Yes I have,a mini farm where I cultivate crops like peppers, coco yam, vegetables, water leafs, cucumber , melon.

and this has helped me in reducing cost and expenses in my budget list , eating fresh vegetables from your garden tends to have a better nutrients .

because eating eat directly from the farm is safe because it doesn't have much preservatives, not like the one in loca market that they have pour more preservatives to look fresh.

What is the most popular food in your country and how frequent do you consume it?

Rice is a cereal plant of grass family, the seeds (grains) served as food . It is a crop grown for my it's edible starchy seeds, which ay harvested and processed for humans consumption.

The most popular food in my country is rice and I almost consumed it everyday ,Rice is a well known food in Nigeria and it i the popular food that is mostly served in an occasion.

Rice is one good food in Nigeria that the consumption can't go less, because every two days I eat rice
Rice (Oryza sativa) is a type of cereal and food. In origin, it is a swamp grass. It is eaten as staple food in many parts of Asia.

Have you ever thought of having a mini farm or do you have a mini farm? What types of crops would you plant there and do you think it would be an added advantage to you?

My mom has a mini farm were she cultivate maize, vegetables, pepper, but after some time the crops was not yielding good food, but she tends to fix things better.

Having a mini farm will go a long way to reduce our cost,so will can take little crops that will save cost instead of spending but you have a place that you have been cultivating, so this will save money for you. the kinds of crops I will plant are;
Rice
Corn
Cassava
Potatoes
Yam
Tomatoes
Beans
