Welcome to the 2024 Steemit award. I want to commend the steemit team for consistently keeping up with this scheme. I was expecting to see that for the year, and it came even when it looked as if it wouldn't be done. I will be making my nominations for the different categories as required.

Best Teacher - @ashkhan

This is one user that has been diligent and intentional in her blogging career. No wonder she has attended this height within the given period. During her work as a greeter, she was excellent in rendering the services required and I have no doubt she is also doing very well as a SR.

But, most importantly, I never knew she was saddled with so much wealth of knowledge. I didn't see this coming until she was nominated to handle a course in SCL season 20. I can categorically tell you that I've learned a lot from her course series. It was really an eye-opener for me, having seen some of the little things we slightly suffer being mentioned, taught, and practiced.

Learning from her simple but educative teachings has made me always want to participate in her weekly course. Some of the interesting topics I've engaged in since her teaching series include Carpal tunnel syndrome, Tennis elbow, Disc Herniation, Plantar Fasciitis, Asthma, Knee Osteoarthritis, etc.

I am nominating her because she is deserving of this category. Her style of teaching is Unique, Simple, and Engaging. I would say she employed the use of psychomotor domain type of teaching which illustrates and as well give examples of her teaching process. The feedback received from her is also worthwhile. I could remember applying one of her corrections the last time, and it earned me an additional 0.5 points in one of my entries.

Best Learner - @ahsansharif

In the little time I've observed this user, he is not only a selfless user to work with but also patient enough to learn and implement what is learned. Since the start of the SLC, the user has been consistent in his participation. He has consistently partook in different homework series across a range of subjects.

It will also interest you that he is known for his good grades and, at different times, nominated for the weekly best students for extra support from SC01 and SC02. This is one thing that showcased his high intent for learning, hence the ability to replicate what is taught excellently.

Best Contest Maker - @xkool24

This is another user I deem to be the best fit for this nomination category. This is the user behind the contest brand "The Neighbourhood Watch". The "Neighborhood Watch" was a brand well thought out about 1 year and 7 months ago (81 weeks).

This was well launched to help users worry less about content creation and rather have the fluency of reporting events around them. This is typical of eyewitness reporting, sharing real-life event moments and the highlights in a diary report.

This has, over time, become an attraction with commensurate participation from users. The Neighbourhood watch is one of the consistent and weekly contests floated in the Steem4Nigeria community by the user #xkool24. With other ongoing contests floated by this user [Basic Knowledge in Agriculture + Animal Activities], there is a combined prize distribution of 26 steem weekly.

Best All Rounder - @bossj23

This is a user I have found the best fit for this category. He is an example and a model steemian in his hometown. and country. This is rooted in his mentorship and promotional strength to keep steemit on the highlights. It is one to be exemplary, and complimentary to have those you mentor also tow the same path. This is iron sharpeneth iron.

He is one user with varied types of publications each time you get into his blog. A man of different shades. It does whatever it wants to very well or doesn't start it abinitio. I have seen his content making; a greater percentage of his designs are creatively done. His feedback and guidance are also valuable to most who have interacted with him.

His growth and performance in the platform speaks for itself. He has attended a series of dolphins (in fact, 4th dolphin -20k SP) and is still winning countless powerups engaged for this purpose. He has a reputation of 76 and is currently the newcomer coordinator for steem4nigeria. I have no doubt he is the best fit for this category.
