Apart from writing messages and articles on their own, chatbots can also perform various tasks as per the instructions of the user. As a result, there is a lot of discussion going on around the world about the impact of artificial intelligence on all the socio-economic fields, starting from jobs. In a recent study by cybersecurity firm Kaspersky, 44 percent of chatbot users said AI can be a better manager than humans in the workplace. According to 56 percent, AI will also have a major impact on education through virtual experiences and the metaverse. Kaspersky said this information in a press release on Sunday.
53 percent of people who took part in the study believe that AI is an important part of life today and 51 percent believe that AI will provide more advanced opportunities in the future. 56 percent think AI is capable of creating reliable art in the creative field.
62 percent of people who participated in the study felt comfortable conversing with AI in social interactions, and 37 percent used AI to find a life partner. However, 56 percent of people believe that AI can change human interaction. That is, virtual relationships can be linked with real relationships.
"We are seeing a growing acceptance of AI as an essential tool, helping people in a variety of fields," said Vladislav Tushkanov, group manager of Kaspersky's research and development department. Beyond applications such as data processing and analysis, AI is being used in education and the workplace. As this technology has advanced, AI-powered phishing attacks have also created unexpected risks and threats of deepfake and identity theft. So we have to deal with these challenges with awareness.
