Hastinapur is a pilgrim place for Jains and Hindus. This place have historical as well as religious importance for Jains and Hindus.

It is belong to Mahabharata and was capital at time. For Jains it belongs to Lord Rishabhdev, he stayed and took Aahar here during his journey.
