Good morning to all of my friends here, its been so hot here as day by day, heat increasing so we not feel to much eat as need to go work outside under sun so in that time its good to eat fruits maximum as we need food for our body and thus this fruits give us energy. My lunch is hugely reduced because i work in field so not like to eat straight after comes from under sun. I feel so heavy whole day and i drink lot of water in day. Its good to take more fruit in food which makes body fit and healthy. I gave selective color effect with color splash app and its look so nice. Wish you all have a wonderful Thursday.
